Hi!

I am.

Emily.

A photographer.

A breathwork and sound guide.

A lover of light and shadow.

A creative who needs to make things or I get restless.

I care about what’s real.

About presence.

About being playful with life.

About remembering that the best adventures are messy and don’t come with a map.

The long way round

I came to this work through curiosity and change.

Photography gave me a way to focus — and to express what I was paying attention to — through travel, food, people, and place. Over time, I realised that while the work was creative, the way I was living it wasn’t fully aligned with my values. So life nudged. Then insisted.

I packed up, simplified, followed the questions, and reimagined what work — and life — could look like.

Time in nature, learning to trust myself when it wasn’t easy, breathing deeply, making sound, making space — all of it changed me. The camera was still there. Now it all lives together: the fear, the courage, the breath, the music, the lens.

Witnessing others meet themselves asks me to do the same — and that shared aliveness is at the heart of everything I create.

Me & You

My work lives at the meeting point of creativity, presence, and curiosity.

Whether I’m using a camera with people and places, or guiding breathwork journeys and creating soundscapes, I’m interested in what happens when we really show up — to ourselves, to each other, to life as it is.

I bring instinct and skill. Years behind a camera. Years doing my own work. I know how to hold a room. I know how to find light. I know how to recognise when something true is surfacing — and how to shape it with care.

What we create comes from that place.

The Art of Life.
